Service Agreement
Effective date: active on date of initial Stripe payment
This Service Agreement is between the Client and Impact Leads LLC. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services
We provide Google Maps organic marketing services including:
- Initial profile optimization
- 30 local map citations per month
- 6 monthly posts
- 4 monthly optimized photos
- Ranking monitoring
- Monthly reporting
2. Term
This agreement begins on first payment and continues until cancelled. Either party may terminate with 7 days' written notice.
3. Payment
Monthly fees are charged in USD at checkout and renew automatically unless cancelled.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all business information confidential during and after the agreement.
5. Intellectual property
All deliverables created under this agreement belong to the Client unless otherwise agreed.
6. Liability
Each party is responsible for their own actions and agrees to protect the other from claims or damages.
7. Changes
Any changes must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
8. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
