This Service Agreement is between the Client and Impact Leads LLC. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms below.
We provide Google Maps Organic Marketing services including:
This agreement begins on first payment and continues until cancelled. Either party may terminate with 7 days’ written notice.
Monthly fees are charged in USD at checkout and renew automatically unless cancelled.
Both parties agree to keep all business information confidential during and after the agreement.
All deliverables created under this agreement belong to the Client unless otherwise agreed.
Each party is responsible for their own actions and agrees to protect the other from claims or damages.
Any changes must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
